Quality issue from battery itsellf. The warranty covers 2 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Process
1. Fill out the warranty form, including the product serial number, product photos, diagnostic voltage, and error codes.
2. The Yaste technical team will provide findings based on the specific error codes.
3. If the findings indicate a battery issue, we will replace the battery module or the entire battery pack for the customer based on the real situation.
4. If the findings suggest other potential causes, we will provide the customer with a solution. The customer will then implement the adjustments recommended by the Yaste team to resolve the issue professionally.
